I don't know why I haven't blogged about this yet, so I'll do it now.

My dad has this thing where he kisses left cheek, then right cheek, then forehead, then chin. If you think about it, it resembles the cross thing certain Catholics do when asking for protection from God. Why my dad does it is basically the exact same reason. Although he doesn't actually believe in anything, he hopes that something will protect me, possibly the God that I believe in.

Nice, isn't it? I didn't know until recently when he told me. I realized the coincidence and thought it was just a kawinkydink~ In Chinese, one kiss stands fer one word, but I guess when translated, it stands for one syllable because he told me it meant May God protect.
